    We read from the meters, BMS and control systems you already run, plus half-hourly supplier data. Typical first connection takes days, not quarters, and needs no new hardware on most sites.

    Quantify

    Within the first weeks your estate is normalised for weather, output and shift pattern, and every system is ranked by recoverable value and the effort required to recover it.

  3. 03

    Act

    Your team works a prioritised queue rather than a report. Approved changes are pushed or scheduled, and the platform keeps watching for drift back to old behaviour.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Results are measured against the pre-change baseline and published as a single figure per site, per month, with the underlying data available to anyone who asks.

About the name

Exergitix is a coined name built around exergy, the engineering term for the portion of energy in a system that can actually be put to useful work. It is the part that matters: not how much energy you buy, but how much of it becomes output.

The technology-styled ending points at the software side of the problem. Together the name reads as the productive application of energy and resources, which is precisely what the platform is for.
